  • Q: What should I bring to my first class?

    We recommend bringing: A yoga mat (we have sanitized Manduka Pro mats for rent at $3 if needed), comfortable, stretchy clothing, water bottle. Our studio provides all props, complimentary tea, and filtered water for your practice.

  • Q: I'm completely new to yoga. Which class should I start with?

    We recommend starting with Hatha, Yin, or Restorative classes, which are typically gentler and include detailed instruction. You'll receive personal attention and proper alignment guidance.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?

    Please notify us at least 8 hours before class if you need to cancel. You can also cancel via your MindBody app within this 8 hour window.

  • Q: How early should I arrive for class?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. This allows time for:

    Completing any necessary paperwork

    Setting up your practice space

    Meeting your instructor

    Settling in and centering yourself

    We offer classes at:

    6:00am (Early Practice)

    9:30am (Morning)

    12:10pm (Lunch Hour)

    4:30pm (Afternoon)

    6:00pm (Evening)

    7:30pm (Before Bed)

  • Q: Do you accommodate injuries or physical limitations?

    Yes, our experienced teachers can modify poses for various conditions. Please arrive early to class to discuss any concerns with your instructor. Our teachers are skilled at offering personal attention and appropriate modifications.

  • Q: What measures are in place for health and safety at the studio?

    We prioritize the health and safety of our community. Our studio and all props are regularly cleaned and sanitized. We encourage students to bring their own mats, but we also offer sanitized equipment for use. If you're feeling unwell, please rest at home and join us when you're feeling better.
